What makes us stand out from the rest of the shops on Etsy is that ALL of our print packages are printed in house with high-end printing technology and quality stationary products. We do NOT outsource any of our printing! Our designs are custom and unique.

Current turnaround time for digital invitations is under 24 hours on all invitations with the exception of Wedding Suite Sets, which have a turnaround time of under 72 hours - We are closed on ALL Holidays and Weekends. Please be patient for any responses for the next business day or Monday, if inquiring on a weekend. If you place an order on Friday, please allow until Monday to receive your order.

Shop hours are from 10am daily until 7pm central time. I do check in to answer messages from time to time and occasionally work after hours, so please contact us at any time! We will respond at our earliest convenience.

Please read each item description in it's entirety before placing an order. We offer digital items along with printed items. Please let us know if you prefer a printed or digital item if you don't see that option on an item. We are NOT responsible for any printing issues with digital files as screens are all calibrated differently and printers print differently and purchasing a digital file assumes you are taking full responsibility for your own printing. We do not offer technical support with printing or computing on digital items and highly recommend our print packages for tested and approved print clarity.

Due to copyright, we do NOT offer templates on custom invitations.

Invitations are held for 7 days only. Any changes made after this time frame will result in additional fees. We are not responsible if information given is incorrect or dates/locations have changed, please be sure you double check your wording prior to sending.

Photos for invitations can be sent through the Etsy Conversations or emailed to the email you receive upon purchase.
